1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TB Jili, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the TB Jili platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and TB Jili.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the TB Jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TB Jili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on TB Jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. TB Jili strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of TB Jili complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of TB Jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by TB Jili or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the TB Jili platform.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on TB Jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. TB Jili reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. TB Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

TB Jili may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

TB Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change at TB Jili's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. TB Jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• TB Jili reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. TB Jili aims to process most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes, but reserves up to 3 business days for bank transfers.

TB Jili does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. TB Jili is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

TB Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all TB Jili promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for TB Jili bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• TB Jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other exploitative behavior — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on TB Jili, including those powered by JILI Games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates.

By participating in any game on TB Jili, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game results are determined by RNG and are genuinely random. TB Jili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Published RTP rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, TB Jili will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager may be refunded at TB Jili's discretion.
• TB Jili's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact support within 72 hours of the disputed round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

TB Jili reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TB Jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on TB Jili, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the TB Jili platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any such exploit must be reported to TB Jili support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the TB Jili platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on TB Jili.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TB Jili staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the TB Jili platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the TB Jili platform — including but not limited to the TB Jili name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of TB Jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the TB Jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TB Jili content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on TB Jili content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any TB Jili software.
• Use TB Jili's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TB Jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the TB Jili platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the TB Jili platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

TB Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The TB Jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TB Jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

TB Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to TB Jili or other players.

You may close your TB Jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, TB Jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the TB Jili platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through TB Jili's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent TB Jili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
